Header issues, cannot replace woodmart logo

Having issues with the header and logo. I’ve tried to upload the logo in every single box possible to replace the woodmart logo. Have also tried to remove/change certain parts of the header. Have purged cache after but no changes upon refreshing.
I’ve imported the furniture2 demo store and thought I’d be able to make changes and swap components out a lot easier but doesn’t seem to be the case. (I am overall pretty new at this so I’m sure a lot of this is user error)

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

I also noticed I’m getting a security alert (exclamation mark next to domain) on mobile ever since I installed the theme, any idea what that could be?

We mean leave plugins that come with the theme only and deactivate all other plugins temporarily.
As for the alert, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Do I need an email address from you or can I just plug one in for admin access?
The security alert only started when I moved to this current theme.

thedaishinkhanParticipantThanks, I’ll try that out! Must be just more playing around with the headers but I wasn’t able to really do anything with the headers when it came to manipulating/ removing any of them.
Anything about the error I’m getting on mobile?

It appears the error has gone away. It went away before for a day or two and then came back but I’ll assume it’s not fixed and reach back out if it becomes an issue again. Thanks!

We will have a checkout fields manager feature in our next theme version. It will be released in a few days so then you will be able remove unnecessary fields from checkout.
As for the second issue, could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us a link to the page where we can see this?

Yes, it might be caused by some of the installed plugins. Try to enable them one by one to identify which one causes this.

This message says that all the dummy content imported before will be deleted. If you imported your products aside from dummy content, it will not be touched.
As for the plugins, you need to understand which one causes the problem first.Kind Regards

thedaishinkhanParticipantI’ve also discovered another issue with the products and I’m starting to think maybe this particular demo store doesn’t work for what I’m trying to do. In this video you’ll see that the product photo gets added twice and also when you select the style you want, it always replaces the first photo.
