administracion-5370ParticipantIntermittent header issue where logo, navigation menu, and account/cart icons fail to load or display properly.
Issue DetailsFrequency: Inconsistent – sometimes happens, sometimes doesn’t
Users affected: Some users always, others rarely
Devices: Occurs across all device sizes (confirmed on desktop)
Header type: Happens with both custom and default WoodMart headersEvidence
Video proof: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/43787776?key=0f28eaff25c16f987e4c48dad702c092
EnvironmentWordPress: 6.8.2
WoodMart: 8.2.7
Setup: Custom header (but client confirms same issue occurred with default header)Request
Please investigate this intermittent loading issue. Since it affects both default and custom headers, it appears to be theme-related rather than customization-related.September 3, 2025 at 1:00 pm #684141
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your site, and the header builder is loading fine.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/rKtkCWB4It seems to be a caching issue. Please purge your site cache, browser cache, and any CDN cache (if in use) and check the issue.

administracion-5370ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify that this is not a caching issue, as demonstrated in the new video evidence I’m providing.
Video Evidence: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/43992347?key=adc40d6225fe6d5b425b4443ff1cdcdd
In this video, recorded in our dedicated testing environment (which you have access to), you can clearly see:The issue is intermittent – it doesn’t happen every time, which is why a single screenshot cannot capture it
CSS classes are not being updated – When inspecting the elements, I can observe that header element classes don’t update properly at certain screen resolutions, suggesting JavaScript/CSS isn’t loading correctly in those moments
It occurs during live testing – This happens both when using browser developer tools to simulate different devices AND during normal site navigation without any inspection tools activeKey Points:
The issue is intermittent by nature – sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
It affects different users differently – some experience it frequently, others rarely
The problem appears to be script-related – header elements don’t receive proper responsive classes at certain breakpoints
This occurs in a clean testing environment specifically set up for this investigationSince you have access to our testing environment, could you please test it multiple times across different screen resolutions? A single check might not reveal the issue due to its intermittent nature.
This clearly points to a theme-level JavaScript execution issue rather than caching, as the problem persists in cache-cleared environments and affects DOM class assignments.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Yes, I saw your site and I have checked multiple times in multiple browsers and breakpoints(also your video breakpoint) but the header is showing fine.
In the video I see, after resizing from the viewport, the page needs to be reloaded.
During the development and customization of the site, we recommend refreshing the page every time you resize the browser window.

administracion-5370ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response and the time spent testing.I need to make a clarification Regarding page refreshes: If you watch the video again, you can see that I do refresh the page after each viewport change. For example, at 0:28 in the video, you can see how I refresh the page after resizing. This contradicts your statement that “the page needs to be reloaded” – I am already doing this consistently throughout the entire demonstration.
The main issue persists: Even with page refreshes after each resize, the header elements continue to fail loading correctly at certain breakpoints intermittently.
Debug and Investigation Tools: Since this is clearly a theme-level issue that is difficult to reproduce consistently, I need your help with:Debug mode: Is there a debug mode or logging function in WoodMart that can help identify when header scripts fail?
Console errors: What specific JavaScript errors or warnings should I look for in the browser console when this occurs?
Theme diagnostics: Does WoodMart have any built-in diagnostic tools to troubleshoot header loading issues?
Script dependencies: Which specific JavaScript files are responsible for the header’s responsive behavior? This would help identify if certain scripts are failing to load.Additional Evidence: This issue has been reported by multiple users and occurs in different environments, not just during development. It’s affecting real users on live sites.
Looking forward to practical debugging solutions.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your site and have not seen the issue.
Please see this video for clarification: https://streamable.com/9q2097
I recommend clearing your browser cache or checking the site in incognito mode / another browser to confirm if the issue persists.
Best Regards,
