Header logo editing unresponsive

I can not edit the logo of header builder. After clicking the edit logo it shows nothing.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme and then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and then tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
