    body .menu-mega-dropdown .sub-menu>li {
    padding-left: 5px;
    padding-right: 5px;
}
body .tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li a {
    padding-top: 10px;
}

    You can increase/decrease the padding in the body .tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li a
