Header menu items iPad click problems

Hello,
multiple customers reported that they had a problem using the header menu buttons on iPads. I then checked it with a iPad Pro 11 2. Generation (newest iPadOS) and can confirm this. I checked it with Safari but I also received complaints with Firefox.
My header is built using Woodmart’s header builder. I attached a screenshot of my current header. I also attached a video where you can see this error occuring when pressing anything in the “header bottom” segment.
How to replicate the error:
Just access any page on an iPad and try to click on any menu point in the green bar. Sometimes it works instantly, sometimes you have to click 3 times or more …
This is a bad user experience. How can I fix this issue?

Addtitional info: the buttons in the footer work just fine. There aren’t any problems there. It just concerns the header

I think this has something to do with the size of the clickbox. Maybe it is too small for touch input?
Additionally some users reported that they saw a white box where they previously clicked in the header menu (green bar). I also saw this with the points “PROJEKTIDEEN”, “BESTPREIS” and “KONTAKT”.
How can I get the menu to not display this white box on iPads?

It means that the issue was caused by some of the installed plugins. Try to enable them one by one and check how it works.
It seems to be a problem with WP Rocket. I’ll contact their support.
But nevertheless why are there white boxes on the three buttons on the right? They are also visible in your video. Some users say they are displayed when they click on the button.
The issue with button backgrounds will be fixed soon in our next theme update.
