Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

header disappeared again.
when i’m logged in with admin its showing up.
after disable/enable theme its fixed atm it’s not working 🙁

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and disable the Mobile DOM Optimization.
