    Hello lovely XTemos Team!

I’ve experiencing multiple problems within a new WooCommerce Store that we build this period. Mobile Menu changes doesn’t work on front-end (like never changed even if they’re saved correctly).

Also, Ajax Product Tabs stuck on 3 items and there’s no way to add more tabs, etc.

We’re using WoodMart since 2020 and we’re so confident about getting new projects due to WoodMart’s excellence! Those kind of things can happen and we’re pretty sure that you’ll help us to solve those issues. We have latest updated versions accross all website (Theme, Plugins, etc.), we build using WoodMart + Gutenberg and we already went through Troubleshooting Mode by deactivating all plugins except WoodMart Theme, Core and Woo. That didn’t helped determine if some 3rd party plugin is causing the issues. Also, we have created on more project with the same setup at another client, we’ve tried to see there if the changes work and we’ve found out that those issues was there the same.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    1. The mobile element settings should be similar for both mobile and desktop areas – https://prnt.sc/hxAUo1byV_ai

    2. Sorry for the inconvenience. It will be fixed in our next update.

If you have any additional questions, let me know.

    Kind Regards

    Thanks for your answer!

    1. I don’t know if you have seen that, but we set “search” off inside mobile menu, but it’s still there as you can see in your screenshots. Our problem isn’t only about item menus, but also for settings that we set & save in Header’s settings but not taking effect in front-end.

    2. It’s not about inconvenience, i understand that in order for WoodMart to able to work with Gutenberg, many “sacrifices” have do be done! We’re ok with that, and that’s why we’re here, to give you feedback and fixing, building an even more powerful WoodMart theme.

We appreciate your efforts and that’s why we only trust WoodMart.

    Hello,

    1. You have disabled the search bar element for the Desktop but for Mobile it’s enabled – https://prnt.sc/HAuDGQuqxKsY . I mentioned above that the mobile element settings should be similar for both mobile and desktop areas – https://prnt.sc/hxAUo1byV_ai

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind Regards

Ok, i understand that there’s something that it doesn’t seem to be normal.

For example i want “Close button ON” for Desktop but not for Mobile. It doesn’t work. Same for the rest settings. The only work when mobile has the same settings as desktop, but that doesn’t let us have differentiations between Desktop and Mobile versions.

You still have the Login URL that we’ve provided you, please feel free to do any test by your own and you’ll notice that this isn’t normal.

In any case, thank you for your quick response, especially when you have so many topics to handle. This is something that we respect on you always!

    Hello,

The thing is that the Header builder works in such a way now, when 1 element should have the same settings for both devices.

    Kind Regards
