Header not accessible

Hi, I have a recurring error. It happened on another instalaation a few times. And now it happened on new installation again.
Suddenly one of my headers becomes inaccessible, on the page where it’s used header selected as fedault is loaded instead.
When I try to open the header in header builder it opens “Default header layout” instead.
I checked the database and it seems the header is still there, the link in header builder is right.
So I am at loss to understand what is causing this.

My bad. User name was added to root directory. Now it’s fixed please try again.
Also I want to state that prnt.sc does not work for me even through vpn, other users have had problems with opening it as well.

We don’t see this header configuration in the database. We don’t know how it was removed. Now you need to delete this header completely and create a new one.

Recreating header is easy, I just don’t like that it happened suddenly and can happen again in future leading to some pages being shown incorrectly for days until I notice it.

There should be one more record for the header structure and it is missed. We don’t know how exactly it was removed from the database, unfortunately.

OK, please note that it happened to me several times before on another installation, so somethere should be a bug.

In this case, we need to be able to reproduce this problem somehow. Maybe you have some steps how to see that the header stops working?

I understand you, but unfortunately I have no idea why it happened. Every time it happened I had no clue why, I was not doing anything special. On the other hand it does not happen often or at least regularly, so it’s something complicated…

We didn’t face similar issues yet so it seems to be specific to your website only. Let us know if you will have some information about how to reproduce it and we will try to reproduce and help you.
