Header not saving after custom CSS

Hi!

We still have trouble saving header builder on our hosting.
When we do a clean install, all works fine.
After submitting custom CSS in the Woodmart template – we get 403 error on saving header builder.
Even when we delete the CSS from the template, the 403 will remaining.

Something in the custom CSS keeps triggering the 403 error for saving the header builder.
Or must we delete custom CSS in the database as well?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
