Header not working after Demo versions Imported, Icons missing

When I Imported a demo version (Bike), I cannot change the Header using Header builder. and the header looks soo big. and all the icons are replaced with Squares, could you please help to fix it.

When I deleted all Header, only the existing header is applied to the website, but the Icons are still missing

Please check Dashboard > Settings > General > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there.
