header search products categories

hi, i am using the header search for products. i select a category and press the search button but i get error that i must also enter product name. what if i need to appear all the products from the selected category?is there any setting please?

The search works that way by default. The option you’re referring to — “Show product categories dropdown” — only allows you to narrow down the search within a specific category. However, it still requires a product name or keyword to be entered, so it won’t display all products from the selected category alone.

You need to edit your header from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Select your current header. Then edit the “Search” element and enable or disable the option “show product categories dropdown”
