HEADER SECTION IS NOT AVAILABLE MY THEME

WITH DUE RESPECT THAT I PURCHASED WOODMART THEME BUT HEADER SECTION AND MANY MORE PARTS ARE UNAVAILABLE , PLEASE DO A FAVOUR FOR ME , I HAVE BEEN TRYING LAST COUPLES OF DAYS BUT IT DOES NOT EXIST OF SOME PARTS OF HEADER SECTION AND MANY MORE, ACTUALLY THEME IS 24 MB , AND NOW IT IS ONLY 10.1MB WHEN I DOWNLOADED FRO MY ACCOUNT.I AGAIN AND AGAIN DOWNLOADED BUT IT REMAINS SAME. PLEASE ASSIST ME TO DO LAUNCH MY SITE WITH APPROPRIATE PLUGINS AND FULFILL SECTIONS.

this is the problem and so many things and options and sections unavailable, please help me to sort out this problem and i can launch my site smoothly
Almost sections are not exist this theme I tried many time downloading again and again but it remains same

I think My Woodmart theme is too short when I downloaded its only 10.2MB
besides these problem many option is not exist. Please check my account that which has theme for download but its to weak in progress
Yes, it is a correct weight of the latest version of our theme.
what can i do ? can Remove it and reDownload
can u check u my themeforest account and update it beacause some sheets are missing
