Header set to Global with no effect

I’m trying to set the header – “name of the site” General | Header E-Commerce – as default for all the pages, but it’s not working.
Can you please take a look and let me know how you fixed it?

Please make sure that you have clicked the star button on the header to make it default for all the pages.

And then make sure that you haven’t set any custom header for your page by editing it then clear the cache and check back.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and activate the parent theme. Then clear the cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
