Header sometimes disappears

Sometimes the header menu, logo, search bar etc. disappears. The colours are there, but the rest is blank. I’m running the site on Siteground and have combined. CSS turned on. This is random, I can’t systematically reproduce it, but it’s having an impact on sales.

I had to Purge the siteground cache, then when you click the link, it all loads. What’s going on?

Try to disable the option “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” in Theme Settings -> Performance. It should fix the problem.

Ok, I will disable it now – but the issue here is only desktop. I can’nt see the menu, logo, search bar etc. on desktop ?

Please, disable this option, clear the cache and let us know if the issue is still there so we can check.
