Header sticky

Dear sir/mam,
i am using header builder for header.
i want in desktop view, header bottom row will be sticky
and in mobile view, main header row will be sticky.
i want like this sticky header on both device see screen shoot

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to have different rows sticky on different devices. We will consider adding more options for this in the future updates.
