Header Top Bar is not showing on homepage and close button not showing on Mobile

Here is my site – biggy.cz

Header Top Bar is showing blank on homepage, on other page is fine.

On mobile – the close button to close topbar is BLANK, and something the bar is not showing on mobile.

Please help me to fix it.

Yes, it’s not displaying on the homepage.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back. If the problem still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell men then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
