Header wont change and dummy images missing tethys theme

fresh theme install. deleted and reinstalled it many times. cleared cache. nothing is working. header wont change no matter what. dummy images somehow disappeared from home page too. Tethys theme. let me know if you need anything to help

In the page settings, you have a custom header defined: https://take.ms/mQ9CW , so you can disable that field and the Global header will be shown.
