greg-9795ParticipantHello, the header for each of our landing pages are all formated the exact same way and show the same on WordPress responsive settings for mobile and tablet.
However, we now see that the mobile headers are not displaying the photograph. The care page is showing fine, but none of the home page, hotel page, hospitality and airbnb pages are showing.
These are built using slider revolution.

https://www.elitecontractfurniture.co.uk/healthcare/The photos show how each page is displaying on my phone now the website is live.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi greg-9795,
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

greg-9795Participanthello, if it can be avoided we would prefer you didn’t, as it is a live site. If you MUST deactivate certain things please reactive and ensure they are working again before responding as to not impact the site.
Please let me know. Thank you

Hung PhamKeymasterHi greg-9795,
I see you are using outdated WoodMart theme and WoodMart Core plugin, please create a dev site and update theme and core plugins to the latest version and let me know if it helps.
Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

greg-9795ParticipantHello, the entire website is now displaying incorrectly. Did you reactive all the plug ins that you deactivated during testing? Nothing is displaying as we designed it and as it was working?
November 26, 2024 at 2:09 pm #616052
greg-9795ParticipantI will look at your above advice, however our most urgent matter is not getting the site back to a workable state.
Nobody here has edited anything on the site in the last two days, but now it is not working.
Please tell me what plug ins you deactivated and what you changed throughout your testing.

greg-9795Participanthi, no the site is still showing completely differently and incorrectly I am sorry to say.
Please look again and check the live site.
It is showing the header on the admin site, but not on the live site. and every banner, picture product is showing incorrectly.
Please look again, as we have no idea what has caused this issue. We have not edited the site and therefore believe this is something you may have edited while checking the above problem.

greg-9795ParticipantWe are reverting to a back up site to try and solve the issue internally. Please do not edit the site any further and we will be in touch if we require any help.
Thanks.

greg-9795ParticipantHello, we have tried restoring an old back up up to the 23rd and it still has this broken and very poor layout with nothing displaying correctly.
Can you please let us know what is wrong and why?
Why is nothing displaying correctly? Please see attached photos. As you can see all items are the wrong shape, size, font colours, background have been removed, the site should not look like this is anyway!

Hung PhamKeymasterHi greg-9795,
Sorry for the inconveniences.
Please let me explain:
1. I have not touched or modified any files which caused the broken.
2. I deactivated plugins one by one and re-activated immediately.
Also, I was kindly asked you to create a dev site and update theme and core plugins to the latest version and let me know if it helps.
Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

greg-9795ParticipantFair enough however something has broken it, can you please have a look?
We think it is for some reason displaying the mobile version on desktop but we have no reason why.
Please have a look.
