Heater white empty line

Hello, can you please have a look at this video and you will see all the problems. The white line appears on top and can’t understand why 🙁

I watched the video you attached.

Sorry but there is no white line as you mentioned. Please provide a relevant screenshot with the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,

The empty white line is actually the header banner.

To remove it you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Header Banner >> OFF.
