How can I remove my add to card button
from my shop page product catalogue , single product and everywhere else where it is
I want to fully remove it not to change it

You can set the Catalog mode in the Theme Settings > Shop.
Please note, that the variations will also disappear. If you have variable products and would like to show them, you will need to hide the Add to Cart with custom CSS.
