Hello, I am trying to install Woodmart theme.
I have encountered an error that appears when uploading a theme in the site console (Appearance – add new theme – upload theme – select the downloaded zip file and the error pops up). I’m sending the photo below. I tried to follow the advice, increased memory_limit on hosting to 512M from 256M, pulled a separate archive only installable WordPress file, but unfortunately it did not lead to positive results. I hope you can help with the problem.

I also contacted the hosting support, their answer was – “When trying to import checked the error in the debugger – fix error 404 when accessing the script.
We recommend to contact the plugin developer with this error.”
(I will attach the second photo they provided with the 404 error)

    Hi diana.zubaryk,

    Thanks for details.

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reupload theme again.

In case it doesn’t help, you can try to upload theme manually via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

Can I get step by step photo or video instructions on how to do this correctly via FileZilla. I am afraid of hurting my site. Or is there an option for you to do this? Thanks
