    Hello,

I’d like to ask for your recommendation regarding the homepage slider images on the mobile version of our website.

The desktop slider images look fine, but on mobile the images are cropped quite heavily and some products cannot be displayed properly.

Could you please advise what image dimensions or aspect ratio you recommend specifically for the mobile homepage slider?

Also, if possible, please let us know whether WoodMart supports using a separate slider image specifically for mobile devices.

    Thank you for your help.

    Best regards,
    Jonathan

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

For the best responsive experience, we recommend using separate slider images for desktop, tablet, and mobile, as the aspect ratio and available screen space can vary significantly between devices.

For mobile, we recommend an image around 800 × 1000 px. You can also use approximately 750–900 px wide × 900–1200 px high, depending on your design.

To configure a separate mobile image:
    1. Navigate to Slides > All Slides.
    2. Edit the desired slide with Elementor.
    3. Open Slide Settings from the top-left corner.
    4. Upload a separate image for Mobile (and Tablet if required).
    5. Adjust the content position and responsive height/padding for each device.
    6. Save the changes and test the slider on different screen sizes.

See the screenshot for better understanding:https://postimg.cc/TpFkj1ps

Using separate images for each device is the recommended approach, as it gives you better control over product positioning and prevents important content from being cropped on mobile.

    Best Regards

Subject: Question About Website Contact Form Email Configuration

    Hi Creative Team,

Thank you very much for your previous reply regarding the recommended mobile size for the homepage slider images. Your guidance was very helpful.

I have another question regarding the Contact Us form on our website.

When I test the form and click “ASK A QUESTION”, the website shows the following error message:

“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

Could you please advise how we should configure the website email settings so that messages submitted through the Contact Us form can be successfully sent and received?

We are currently using the domain chargeoem.com. Should we first create a domain email address such as:

    sales@chargeoem.com

and then configure it as the sender/recipient email for the contact form?

If SMTP configuration is required, could you also please let us know the recommended setup for this WoodMart / WordPress website?

Thank you again for your support.

    Best regards,
    Jonathan
