Can you please deactivate all the third party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, If this will solve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, Otherwise, remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details in a private content area of this topic so that I’ll check and solve the issue for you on your site.

Also please make sure that you have check yes pases, posts and custom post types from WP Bakery >> Role Manager as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/bRt1DWk

I watched the video you attached.

1) If you want to use an image displayed before your images load then you can try using lazy loading from Theme Settings >> Performance >> Lazy Loading.

Then you can set a default placeholder image.

2) You can set the product page width from Theme Settings >> Product Page.

1) It seems that you have also enabled lazy loading from Jetpack as well. Please deactivate Jetpack lazy loading then clear cache and check back.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Deactivate cache plugin and check back after clearing the browser cache.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the correct admin panel login URL with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I have logged into your website and fixed the issue of the product page width. Please clear cache and check back.
