More likely this is HTML block. Navigate to Appearance > Footer Column 1 > check which one is used, navigate to Dashboard > HTML > find the block

Your screens show the pre-footer block. And you need to find the Footer block. You should search it in Appearance > Footer Column 1 not in the Theme Settings.

You would better recreate all in HTML block to have the possibility for editing easily and quickly.
