help footer/product images

So I am on Appearance using “Demo Retail” So I’d like to change the footer and other things but when I go to Appearance > Widget it shows me child theme footers and customization I literally can’t take the control of the theme I am actually using it and it doesn’t change anything there so there something must be wrong, it’s very complicating. and another problem why are the product images going to a different image when my mouse cursor on it, trying to fix it but it’s just everything complicating, and I wish there was a live chat. And the image pixels are like huge when I upload please help me.

And is there any way to keep the added content products when removing the dummy content and adding another theme because it feels like this theme is not for me anymore

Hello,

1. Please provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2. Please Go to Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Product Styles >> And disable the option.
