Help Free Gift Product Variation

Currently we offer a free gift with purchases over £350. However, what we offer is a variable product, and there are 15 variations. I wanted to know if there was a way where we can make it cleaner looking like a select options button instead of all the products being listed and it looks very clustered?

Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings.

It requires customizations, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
