Help – front page not displaying correctly

I have a shop front (woocommerce) showing categories. They were showing fine until recently so I imagine an update has clashed, but the categories now sit on top of the header and I cant work out how to change it. Can you help?

You need to disable “Header above the content” option for the shop page while editing it in admin panel.

Hi can you tell me where I can find these options as I cannot locate them?

You can find it in the Dashboard -> Pages -> Shop -> edit page.
