HELP import products from csv file

I know it doesn t concern your theme settings, can you help to find a solution, please.
I tried to import a list of products from csv file. at the end of import, french characters are not well displayed, for example éàç, it shows ???. i think it s encoding problem.
on attached files, i show how i am importing, also added csv file that i tried.
I gave you also admin access.

You would better search for a plugin for the purpose.
