Help me chagne the style of contact form

Hello,
I didn’t install the Contact Form 7 plugin before importing the pre-build website content.
So the contact form on the ‘Contact Us’ page looks like this (Pic 22).
Could you help me change the style just like the demo (Pic 11)?

Login to dashboard > Contact > Click on the contact form > check which contact form you are using > edit this form and customize the fields:
