Help me to update my them from Version: 4.5.2 to Version: 4.6.0

i tried to update my theme but unfortunately not done ..
i make backup to all my site before update after then update my theme from (appearance-theme)
but after updated there are many issues take place such as All writings turned against and checkout also inverse !!!
can you help me to update my theme with no problems ?
if you can contact with me please to generate Admin account to help me .

1- in wishlist icon
2- slide cart in left i want in right of screen after add product to cart

The wishlist problem goes from the plugins you use. Deactivate them and activate one by one checking which one causes the problem.

It the plugin is vital I will provide custom CSS.

Please specify the second issue, show on the screen.
