    Hello,

Can you please help me with this issue?

I created a custom slide in WebP format with very high quality and strong compression (optimized and lightweight). The file looks perfect before upload. However, when I upload it to the homepage slider, the image becomes pixelated and blurry, especially visible on my 2K monitor.

Could you please let me know the correct setup/settings to keep my image exactly as I uploaded it, without this heavy compression and quality degradation?

For your convenience, I can provide temporary admin access to my WordPress dashboard if you would like to check the setup directly.

Thank you in advance for your guidance.

    Best regards,
    Cédric

    Hi lost.hinata,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins), esp. cache plugin and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

I have already provided you with all the access details so that you can proceed with an initial check, please.

Regarding the format of the image I uploaded, could you first confirm whether it is already at the correct size? Also, could you check if the container and the settings applied in my slider (and possibly Elementor Pro) might be causing any stretching or quality loss?

Before I go through all the time-consuming adjustments, could you please confirm whether my current settings are appropriate?

    Hi lost.hinata,

    Thanks for your patience.

Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Best Regards,
    Hung PD

    Hi Hung,

Yes, you have my full permission to deactivate plugins for testing.

To ensure the safety and stability of the live site, I’ve created an admin account for you on my staging (or clone) site. This way, you can perform all the necessary tests without any risk to the live website.
