HELP, When you click on a menu it just moves the page!

Hi please help I dont know why but you cant select Shop By Catory atop the page.

I saw the screenshot you attached. I have visited your website. It seems that you haven’t set any link to the shop by category link. Please Add a link to the menu item this will fix the issue.
