Help with Editing Specification Page Layout

Hello,

Where can I go to edit the specification page layout when the product is already opened on the website? I can’t seem to find where this page is managed. Could you please help me? I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Also, how can I edit the available options for the product page — such as removing, replacing, or customizing them? I would like to have tabs that I can switch between, for example: Customer Reviews, Downloadable Files, Additional Information, Shipping, and so on. The amount of information is quite large, so I will need your help on how to create and display these tabs. Additionally, how can I display the product attributes inside a separate tab?
