Help with extra checkout fields for brazil

Hello, I need help with the checkout page. In Brazil it is obligatory to use the plugin:

But as you can see in the attached image, there is a conflict and the page is distorted. I tried to adapt a css that I saw here in the forum but it did not work. Would you help me ? I just need only this to launch my site.
