reneersloanParticipantHi WoodMart Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I am using an HTML Block element to create a custom scrolling Header Banner for my website. I’m facing two issues that I can’t seem to solve.
1. Gutenberg Preview vs. Frontend Mismatch:
The banner looks perfectly correct when I preview it inside the Gutenberg editor. However, on the live frontend page, the layout is misaligned and appears “crooked”. My goal is to make the frontend display exactly the same as the correct preview in Gutenberg.2. Scrolling Animation is Not Seamless:
The animation has a noticeable gap. After all the text scrolls completely off the left side of the screen, a blank space appears for several seconds. Then, the repeated text suddenly pops in to fill the space, instead of smoothly and continuously scrolling in from the right to create a seamless loop.I will attach screenshots to show these issues clearly (the correct Gutenberg preview, the incorrect frontend display, and the animation gap). Could you please take a look and advise on the correct solution?
I will provide a temporary admin login URL for you to investigate directly.
Thank you so much for your help!

Hung PhamKeymasterHi reneersloan,
Thanks for reaching to us.
You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
Please let me know how it goes.
Kind Regards,

reneersloanParticipantHello Hung Pham,
My sincere apologies for the long delay in my response.
Thank you for your suggestion. I have followed your instructions and deactivated all plugins on the site, leaving only WoodMart Core, Elementor, and WooCommerce active.
Unfortunately, the original issues with the scrolling Header Banner still exist even with the other plugins deactivated.
As a temporary workaround for my visitors, I have set the Header Banner to a static mode for now. You will likely need to re-enable the scrolling effect in the HTML Block to replicate and diagnose the problems I described in my original post.
I have created a new temporary admin login for you to investigate this further. I will provide the credentials in the private content area below.
Could you please take a look and help me find a solution? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi reneersloan,
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.
Thanks for your patience.
