Help with page names

The names “shopo”,”blog” ETC..

Where can these be edited are the names in the code?
if yes where do you turn thiS Feature on and off?

please help quick waisted loads of time on this?

Hello,

You can edit these names in the Appearance -> Menus, then select your main menu and just click to ‘Shop’, or ‘Blog’ and rename ‘Navigation label’. Here is a screenshot.
