    Hello Woodmart Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with my store’s product filtering functionality and would appreciate your assistance.

Currently, when customers use the product filters on my website product archive, the attribute options (such as size and color) filter even when a products with that specific attribute value are out of stock.
For example, if all products in “Size XS” are out of stock, these options still appear in the filter dropdowns/checkboxes. In my opinion this creates a frustrating experience for customers who select these filters and those filters don’t filter no available products.

I would like to know if there is a way to:
    1. Automatically hide attribute values (like specific sizes or colors) from the filter options when all products with that attribute value are out of stock
    2. Or alternatively, visually indicate which attribute values have no available products (perhaps by graying them out)

I’ve already tried checking the Woodmart settings and looking through the product filter and product archive configuration, but I couldn’t find an option to handle this specific scenario.
    Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

Please check how it works on the default filters from WooCommerce with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I suggest you contact the WooCommerce support team for further solutions as this functionality is related to WooCommerce so it’s better if they fix their own issue.

    Kind Regards
