Help with shop sidebar options

under which menu item, I can set the sidebar so that the category is not displayed, the rest, however, already. So the prices etc? I’m looking for hours now but this menupunkt find only one with which I can disable the whole bar and not the category. Thank you

Your questions are not clear enough. Please specify: do you want the sidebar you show on the screenshot but without categories? If that is not what you want, please provide more details.
