Help with the checkout pages

Hi,
I’ve purchased woocommerce ‘add funds’ and woocommerce ‘points and rewards’ and they’re showing weird behaviour at checkout, they dont appear to show in the payment options like they should, is this something I can change in the settings?
They should show for funds, what funds are available under the payment options I guess and the points/rewards should too, instead they show it like a warning as per screenshot.
Both plugins don’t appear as they are intended, instead its like a yellow warning sign (as per screenshot in private).
I’ve looked through the theme settings but can’t work it out, hope you can help!

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us a screenshot so we can better understand what is wrong with our theme.

Please see how it appears in a standard theme. You can see the they come up as options.
The other issue, is that if you have both points and funds to use, currently with Woodmart they come up singularly as per the previous post screenshot; they only show one and until you choose to use your points/funds will it remove from the screen and be replaced by the other notification to use points/funds.

You need to disable Sticky notifications in Theme Settings -> General.

The styling isn’t great though, can I change any settings for notifications in theme?

Unfortunately, there are no advanced options for messages in our theme.
