Help with Woodmart theme

Hello,
Can you please help me with a problem I’m having. In fact on my site I can not upload digital files such as Pdf, iso, audio MP3, image etc.. Whether I’m an administrator or a seller, I can’t upload files to the marketplace. I’ve asked my web host and they say it’s ok, it’s not coming from them. When I upload a PDF file and submit it, I get an error. Here is the error :

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not?

Hello, thank you I found I believe why I could not upload digital files as a seller I put you a capture so you see how I did to fix this problem. Hopefully now my problem won’t come back. Normally this problem should not come back it’s solved.
