Help – woodmart layout blocks woocommerce hooks

Hi,
I have an issue that if using layouts in woodmart, it blocks woocommerce_checkout_shipping hook .
This only occurs in Firefox and in safari.
Chrome it shows.

When not using layouts it has no issue. But we need layouts to choose the arrangement.
Please advise.

We do not see active layouts now. Did you add woocommerce hook element with woocommerce_checkout_shipping selected?
