2. In order to hide the sticky navigation, please navigate to Theme Settings -> General -> Sticky navigation -> clear the “Select menu” field: https://take.ms/iJAomp

If I right you understood, you want to show there the contact form, so please navigate to HTML Blocks -> edit the “Footer Mega electronics” block and define in the last footer column the “Mailchimp” element with the contact form: https://take.ms/kT3F0
