amhoteParticipantHello, I’ve been trying to install the Elementor plugin for a while, but it isn’t working. I deactivated all the plugins, but it still doesn’t work.

Could you share your admin login details in the Private content field? Then we can check your settings and find what’s actually causing this instead of guessing. Only our support team can see that field, and we keep your details confidential.
Best regards,

amhoteParticipantHello
I send you my admin in private can you check my website? Thanks
September 7, 2026 at 5:25 pm #728490Hello,
We checked your website and found that your server returns a 500 Internal Server Error when the Elementor editor is loading.
In this case, we recommend contacting your hosting provider’s technical support team and asking them to investigate the server-side issue. Please also ask them to check the server error logs generated when you try to load the Elementor editor, as these logs should help identify the exact cause of the problem.
You can also provide them with this screenshot for reference:

amhoteParticipantHello,
I forwarded your reply to my hosting provider, and they confirmed that the error does not originate from the hosting service. So, I am turning back to you. I notice that Elementor is causing a lot of issues for other WoodMart customers. Thanks
September 17, 2026 at 8:58 am #729298Hello,
Thanks for the update. To identify the cause, we need the actual server error logs generated at the moment the Elementor editor returns the 500 error.
Please ask your hosting provider to send you these logs and share them with us via the forum’s Private Content field. If they confirm that the error is not server-related, the logs should clarify what component is causing it.
At the moment, we do not see any indication that the issue is related to the WoodMart theme, so the error logs are required for further investigation.
Kind regards,

I’m having a bug with my WoodMart MegaMarket theme: the homepage display isn’t the same, and all my changes have disappeared. Is it possible to recover all those changes?September 17, 2026 at 10:40 am #729342

September 17, 2026 at 12:14 pm #729355Hello,
We investigated this further and found that the issue appears to originate from Elementor itself. The same problem has also been reported with other themes when WooCommerce is active.
Elementor is currently investigating this new issue, as described in their support topic:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/elementor-4-2-4-editor-fails-when-woocommerce-is-active-works-when-disabled/At this stage, we recommend monitoring the Elementor topic and waiting for a fix from their development team. We expect it to be resolved in an upcoming Elementor update.
Kind regards,

amhoteParticipantElementor has just released an update, yet my problem still hasn’t been resolved. How can I edit my pre-built e-commerce website if I can’t use Elementor?
This is causing significant delays, and I would like to find a solution.
Best regards.September 28, 2026 at 5:01 pm #730261Hi there,
Thanks for the update.
Unfortunately, Elementor has not fixed this issue yet. Since it does not occur on every website, it appears to be related to a conflict with your current hosting environment.
We recommend either moving the website to another hosting provider or using the Gutenberg builder instead of Elementor to edit your website.
Kind regards,

amhoteParticipantI can’t find the slide in the WordPress dashboard or the WoodMart settings. Is the problem related to the fact that Elementor isn’t working?
September 28, 2026 at 5:57 pm #730265
amhoteParticipantMy hosting provider denied there was an issue, but I sent you screenshots proving the problem doesn’t stem from them. I’ve used the Avada theme in the past, and it always worked well. I was advised to switch to WoodMart, and I deeply regret it.
September 28, 2026 at 6:23 pm #730267Hi there,
We understand your frustration. However, we have already checked the issue on your website with other themes, and Elementor still did not work. You can also activate any other theme and install the Elementor Addon as mentioned previously – you will see the same problem.
This confirms that the issue is not caused by WoodMart. It is a conflict between Elementor and a specific configuration or specification of your hosting environment. We cannot determine exactly which server setting is responsible, and this does not necessarily mean that there is a general problem with your hosting provider.
As a test, you can try a different hosting provider’s trial plan for a few days and check whether Elementor works there. This will help confirm whether the hosting environment resolves the issue.
Using Avada previously does not indicate that Elementor should work in the current environment, as the problem specifically relates to Elementor. You can continue using WoodMart, but Elementor needs to be able to run correctly on the server first.
Kind regards,
