How to add Visual Composer editor into the short description in woo commerce product page?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to enable the Visual Composer editor for the product short description.

Because it is Wp-Bakery plugin functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
