hide brands bar from the footer of pages

i have disable the brands from Theme settings>Shop>Brands but the Brands bar is not hidden at the bottom of the pages.

I’ve reviewed the situation and concluded that this message appears when you disable “Brands” via Theme Settings and try to output them through the “Brand” element. In your case, this element is situated in the HTML block that displays in the “Prefooter” area. So in order to hide it, you should disable this HTML block via Theme Settings -> Footer -> Prefooter content.
