Hide category menu once clicking on a specific category

Hello,

I noticed that the product count is not accurate. For example, on this page: https://shop-xl.nl/product-categorie/huis-tuin/paraplus/ the category menu shows 0 products, but it actually has 3 of them.

Is it possible to disable the category list (as shown in Capture.PNG) when a user clicks on a category? Initially, when someone visits the shop page, they can see all the categories to choose from. However, once they click on a specific category, the entire list could be removed to prioritize the products, especially on mobile devices where the list takes up the whole screen.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I’ve tried it, but it seems like it doesn’t work.

Additionally, when I’ve added small images in front of the product, they sometimes overlap. How can I fix this?

Moreover, when using a small responsive screen, the subcategories (when hovering over a category) are hidden off the screen. How can this be resolved?

Lastly, could you please review my second question from the first message?

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

It means that WoodMart does not influence or cause the issue.

Hi,

Is it possible once you click on a category that the whole category list is gone, so the products will come on top the page. So only the homepage of the shop shows the categories.

Also, please.. see first.png and second.png above in the chat.. This only occurs when loading in private browser for the first time, and if you change screen resolution.. Could you take a look ?
