Hide empty catgeories

I have created a layout for product categories and set a condition for what to include and exclude. I have excluded some categories, but they are still showing on the product page.

It is not an issue. This is a custom layout for categories like precise stones and ladies rings. But it will show on the shop page. This is a custom layout for category pages. This layout overrides the selected categories layout.
