How i can hide empty values in WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav for a custom attribute?

Hello,
Your aim is not clear enough.
When you configure a layered navigation in widgets you add attributes one by one and you would hardly ever add an attribute with empty values.
If you mean disabling a value of the attribute which is out of stock, just set “out of stock” status in the certain variation.
If I have misunderstood you please provide more details on screenshots.

I am using WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav for filtering a custom attribute(Brand).
I want to show only brands with counter > 0
* In attached image i want to show only brands SETTY and SJCAM.
