Hide Size guide

Hi,

I am not able to hide size guide on some products. But on other products there are no problem. The only way I can hide it on all products is to turn it off globally under “Single product page options”.

I have unchecked the group and cleared all cache in my browser and on the website, but the size guide still appear on the products.

I can remove it if I check this box: http://cloud.refica.dk/3V0m0S0x2z2e

But when the size guide is set to “none” in the dropdown then it is not showing on all other product. But it is still showing on the product I described earlier.

I have checked a few products.

You have one size guide. You can set it globally, choosing the category or locally, configuring each product.

When you configure the product individually, you choose the size guide in the drop down.

When you set globally you set the category, and hide on certain products checking box: http://cloud.refica.dk/3V0m0S0x2z2e

It works as it should.

Could you please see these two products and tell my why the size guide is on one of them and not the other. Please see the products on the frontend and backend and tell me why the size guide is showing on one of the products and not the other. As far as I can see then these two products has the exact same settings in the backend.

This product show the size guide:

This product does not show the product guide:

If I make the size guide page as a “draft page” in WordPress, then it still shows on the product.

Hello,

The difference is product type: the variable product has the size guide, the simple product does not.

You can hide with the checkbox or assign via category, or configure each product separately.
