    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    This is the way Woocommerce works. Our theme does not influence this functionality.

    Changing this way will require customization of Woocommerce that is not covered by our support.

    Also, when we go on mobile. The site shows “Woodmart” Is there anyway to configure the logo when on mobile devices?

    Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

    Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

    Switch to the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 change the logo in the mobile view.

    Hello,

    You can get such code either from plugins or your Google account. Our theme does not have the same. For example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/

    You can try inserting the code into the footer.php before closing the body tag.

    At the same time, we do not recommend such adding.

    The correct code adding is by means of the plugin.

    Hello,

    You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

    Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

    Hi Elise. We can’t keep downloading 100s of plugins for small fixes/adjustments like this. Can you check with another coworker on how to do this? We just want Wishlist to be changed to Favorites.

    Hello,

    Please upload the Loco, make the changes and delete the plugin and the changes would remain. There is no other ways to change the theme text.

    I am terribly sorry for the delay.

    This 404 was the background on the main page and in the footer. https://prnt.sc/vf7pja Our theme does not set this background.

    I have cleared the cache and it has gone. Now the theme version is 5.3.3 it is the recent version.

    Please check now and contact us if you have any problems.

    I see you have activated both Elementor and WP bakery page builder. Please disable WP bakery page builder, otherwise, you would have problems. WoodMart can work with one builder at once.
